Oh my it's been a while since I last posted anything to my blog! Sorry for being lazy about it but truth is, once I get a moment to actually work on the blog I never make it to my desk and get lost cleaning or online shopping on my phone. Oops! I have so many ideas but never enough time to execute them. How do you other bloggers do it?! Anyone got tips on time managment other than staying up way late? I guess with time I'll find a way to manage it better. And to be honest, instagram has become a visual blog of sorts. It's so much easier sometimes and always accecible. I hate to bore you with my rants because I have nothing exciting to say, but I wanted to share this look I posted a few weeks ago on instagram. Cool satin bombers are major for spring/summer. Solid colored ones, embroidered ones, color blocked ones, metallics, ect. Wear them all sorts of ways. Here I'm wearing my sisters bomber she found a while back but with just a change of shoes your look can go from lunch date to drinks with the girls! FYI, my top and both shoes are from Tarjaaaay! Oh yeah girls, love me a good deal! xoxo, Karina
With spring on the horizon, let's talk about jumpsuits. I feel like these pieces are a definite wardrobe staple. So simple and versatile, perfect for day or night! This look in particular is my weekend edition. Easy, light, and has that casual city chic mood. I feel like my style has been geared toward this esthetic lately because being a mom on the go, I need garments to feel comfortable, so I can chase after my three year old and nurse my two month old, but still feel put together. This jumpsuit from Forever21 (I know right!) is so breezy, for lack of a better word. It just feels right on your skin and the color is beautiful. Throw a classic denim jacket over your shoulders for that instant cool girl vibe, finishing off with your favorite hat, sneakers, and cross body bag. Voila! Weekend ready. Dress this up? Add some killer heels, a cape blazer and don a sleek pony for an evening out on the town. There are so many options right now it's hard to choose one! Below I have chosen my top 5 picks that will carry you from day to night with a little creativity. Wink Wink!
Hats are a favorite of mine, and are also the perfect cover up for bad hair days! This Janessa Leone Alara hat is by far the best hat I own. Very well made and fits so good on my noggin. Sold out for awhile but back in stock!

Signs of spring are everywhere these days. With the warmer weather setting in, we are moving out our winter gear and replacing them with transitional pieces. Sweaters are a must in every closet and choosing ones with interesting detail can up the wow factor in your look, as we spring forward. We all know and love Zara for their amazing clothes at an affordable price, not to mention the quality is so good! I love garments with interest, and when I saw this sweater I had to have it! I especially love the thick lace-up ribbon on the sleeves and large grommets. At first I thought about returning this for the meer fact that its a little copped and bell shaped. I just had a baby, so I'm not too comfortable with my midsection just yet, so I needed to rethink about how I would wear it now.
Styling it with an untucked striped shirt, dark denim and studded boots made this look casual cool. I can easily dress this up wth high waisted flares and some killer heels! Maybe add a hat and round sunnies for that extra touch. Or for a relaxed weekend outing style this with your favorite pair of boyfriend jeans, sneakers, and a cadet hat! I've rounded up some pretty cool sweaters I think you'll enjoy below. Check them out! Xoxo

We all know how precious our time is and lately it seems as though it's flying by way to fast. Time manegement is something I've struggled with my entire life. Running late to this, forgetting to do that, it's kind of embarrassing. You would think by now I would have it together, but as a creative, I can get lost in whatever I'm doing. I've teamed up with JORD watches to showcase their beautiful timepeices with you guys, and to remind myself to be more present.
Wearing a watch that is both fashionable and substantial is something we can all relate to. There are so many choices out there, but I love ones that can strike up a conversation.
JORD has made gorgeous timepieces made from various types of wood from around the world. This Frankie watch I'm wearing is made from Zebrawood native to West Africa. Considered a luxury hardwood, it has beautiful contrasting stripes, hence then name Zebrawood. The champagne quartz dial is protected with sapphire glass. It actually is synthetic crystal and not glass. It's second to a diamond in that it's hardness and scratch resistant qualities are equal. So cool! I can easily dress this watch up or down. In this case I choose a more laid back look.
It comes in a beautiful breathable wooden case, with a humidity resistant packet, wood polish, and a cleaning cloth. Also, Just in time for Valentines Day I have a giveaway for you guys! Enter the giveaway here. It's a chance for one of you guys to win $100 eGift code towards a new JORD watch to gift or to keep! And best part is, anyone who enters automatically gets a $25 eGift code towards their new timepiece! It's a win win situation. Your redeamable code is valid until 2/19/2017 and expires 4/30/2017.
